Accurately estimating the planting area of a project is manual and tedious as projects get larger in scale. Users of grovia will have access to the new Automated Exclusion Detection tool that utilises high resolution imagery and various spatial layers to rapidly and accurately estimate a projects planting area.

grovia’s intelligent land assessment tool will automatically detect and exclude areas such as:

Existing woody vegetation
Unsuitable land such as bodies of water, infrastructure and easements
For carbon projects, recent land clearing and other ineligible land
